How Can I pay?

Payment can be made through PayPal by following the easy steps at the checkout. PayPal is a safe, user friendly method of payment that clears your item quickly for shipment and is trusted by well over 200 million users worldwide.
Alternatively, payment may be made through bank deposit or cheque. Follow the checkout process to the end and select the appropriate payment method.
Please note that your item will not be posted until monies have cleared. Depending on your financial institution this may take up to a few days.
If you would like to discuss alternative payment methods please do not hesitate to contact us.
We request that payment is made within 3 days of the sale. If payment is not received in this timeframe we will contact you with a little reminder. However, if payment not made after another 4 days (of the reminder), the sale will be cancelled with the stock being returned to store's inventory. We do this only because we have very limited stock levels.
How do you process credit card transactions?

Credit Card payments are handled by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to use this facility and your details will not be stored. When checking out select the PayPal option.
You will then be taken to the PayPal site where you will be presented with a screen that looks like the image shown. You simply fill out your details there and follow the prompts.

We completely respect your privacy and assure you that under no circumstances will your details ever be passed onto a third party.
We hate spam and would never ever do anything that could result in your details being added to spam lists or any other lists.
From time to time we may send you updates or details of special offers but you can easily disable this too.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped through Australia Post regular mail service. Shipping is FREE Australia wide. Currently, we are experiencing periods of up to 7-10 days for packages to be received by customers in the Western States. We assume this is a result of us being located in regional NSW.
If you would like your parcel sooner, please email me at shopmoochimoo@bigpond.com to discuss speedier delivery to your area.
For orders above $20 I will always use Registered Post as I find this little bit of extra assurance is so worth the cost.
We endeavor to package and ship all orders within 48 hours of payment received. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be contacted immediately. We cannot be responsible for missing packages that are sent unregistered, nor for shipping times, once leaving our end. We will, however, attempt to follow any package to the best of our ability.
Do you ship internationally?

Of course, we love our international customers as much as we do our Australian ones. And we believe that we belong to one global community. Being of European descent and frequent travelers to the region we have a special little soft spot for International customers.
All of our prices on this site are in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS so please contact us prior to placing your order in order to obtain current exchange rates.
Unfortunately we cannot offer FREE postage to international customers. We will, however, pass on only the actual cost of postage as charged by Australia Post and will quote this to you prior to confirming your order.
Do you offer Returns & Exchanges?

In the unfortunate event that your item is faulty or damaged, Smoochy Kiss will happily exchange or refund your purchase. A refund, return or exchange will only be given within 7 days of the original purchase. Please contact us within these 7 days to make arrangements.
- The item/s must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached and to be unworn and unwashed. The return of goods is to be at your cost. If you are exchanging your item for another, we will happily pay the return postage costs.
- Wherever possible we have tried to provide sizing and guides according to Australian sizing. If you are unsure at all as to whether an item may or may not fit, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will happily provide more detailed measurements to assist in you making the correct choice.
- As many of our items are one-of-a-kind designs, it may not always be possible to exchange your item with an exact replacement. In the event of this scenario, we are happy to refund your money or provide you with an item of the same value.
Smoochy Kiss does not exchange or refund due to change of mind but please do contact us if this answer is not satisfactory.
